All staff within ERS are very professional and approachable. Technical and administrative queries are dealt with promptly by one of their supportive and knowledgeable team members. Certificate turnaround is outstanding, even quicker (if possible) when necessary!

We have decided to move the Burgess Hill centre across to ERS after experiencing excellent service from ERS at our Portchester centre. It's reassuring to have access to a decision maker especially your knowledge of the ACS and other schemes we operate. We also like the fact that you can make instant decisions, and if we come up with a better way of presenting things, you're not resistant to adopting these ideas. Since you started working for ERS we have seen a significant improvement in the way that paperwork is presented to the benefit of the end user. We also like the clean look to your ID cards which again you've made available to us or more importantly our customers as a special request.
